general
Normal goods by air: 2–5 working days (Guangzhou → Dar es Salaam).
Dangerous goods (via Hong Kong & Addis Ababa): 7–10 days.
Sea freight / LCL: 35–45 days (on request).
No minimum — we accept shipments from 1 kg and up.
We charge by chargeable weight = the greater of:
• Actual weight (kg)
• Volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 6000)
This is the standard international air-cargo formula.
pricing
We quote in USD. You can pay in USD, TZS (at our daily rate) or RMB when paying in China.
All prices are transparent — freight + applicable Tanzania VAT (18%) on final delivery. No surprise fees.
tracking
You'll get a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp. Enter it on the /track page anytime. We also send automatic updates when status changes.
Rare, but if it happens, we notify you immediately by SMS and WhatsApp with the reason and revised ETA.
procurement
Yes — our procurement team handles supplier search, negotiation, payment, quality inspection and shipping. Service fee starts at 3% of order value.
payment
Tell us the supplier's details — we pay in RMB same day. You pay us in TZS (M-Pesa/Tigo Pesa/CRDB) or USD at our fair FX rate.
dangerous
Yes. We route DG cargo through Hong Kong and Addis Ababa with full compliance documentation. Transit 7–10 days.
