These are the terms and conditions under which Doctor Cargo provides its cargo and logistics services.
1. Services
We provide air cargo, procurement, supplier payment, warehousing and onward delivery services between China and Tanzania.
2. Pricing
Prices quoted in USD. Payment accepted in USD, TZS or RMB. Tanzania VAT (18%) applies to the final freight component on delivery.
3. Liability
All shipments are insured up to the declared value. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Dangerous or restricted goods must be disclosed at time of booking.
4. Prohibited items
We do not ship: drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, live animals, or any item prohibited by Tanzanian customs.
